Hi, I’m Matt
I’m an Ohio-based artist and writer with over a decade of professional experience in digital art. My strengths lie in visual storytelling and creating expressive characters. Whether it's storyboards, comic pages, or standalone illustrations, I’m passionate about crafting art that draws viewers in and leaves them eager for more of the story.
I’ve had the pleasure of illustrating Sal Silvester’s The Deeply Human Workplace and self-publishing two comics, Float and Back Alley Beast (under the pseudonym J. Matthews).
By day, I work as a creative director, illustrator, and 3D artist for various freelance clients. In my free time, I’m working on Endwileen, a sci-fi/fantasy comic series featuring a vibrant cast of aliens, robots, reptilians, sasquatches, and other colorful characters.
